ADA Compliance Consultants continues to grow!
In January 2013, we opened our Austin, Texas office to better serve our clients outside of California. After six months of operation, we’re busier than we anticipated, which is good news. Likewise, back in California, we find ourselves in a full-blown “growth mode” after serving clients statewide from our Folsom, California location for the past 11 years.
As the economy has continued to pick up and recover over the last 12 months, so have construction projects involving businesses that are
expanding, relocating, etc. resulting in tenant improvements in commercial real estate.
This has been one of the driving forces behind ADA Compliance Consultants’ recent increase in inspection reports and constructions drawings produced. Not only has the demand increased dramatically throughout the greater Northern California region, but in Southern California area as well.
To better serve our clients in Southern California, ADA Compliance Consultants is proud to announce the opening of our new Irvine office.
For many of our Northern California clients this doesn’t really mean much — we’ll still serve you well from Folsom, but for our Southern California clients, we have had an outpouring of positive feed back. In fact, some have said “Finally!” “What took you guys so long?”
Our Irvine office will provide the same scope of services as the Folsom office including full CASp Inspections and accompanying reports, barrier removal cost analysis, a full service accessibility design department with plan review services and production of construction documents, on site client meetings and expert witness services to defense attorneys.
