Contractor Network

ADA Compliance Consultants maintains a list of contractors we evaluate annually to ensure their quality and standards continue to meet ours.

1. They must have a current contractor’s license.
2. There cannot be any current claims against the contractor, and any previous claims must have been settled.
3. Approved contractors must provide us with a list of at least five ADA projects that we can see and evaluate.
4. They must provide a list of at least five previous clients we can call for references – and we DO call!
5. The foreman must have strong communications skills and a history of positive interaction with clients.
6. The company owner and staff present themselves professionally in all client interactions.
